Ideally situated between Colmar and Strasbourg, and just 25km from Europapark, the gîte offers easy access to the treasures of Alsace, between the Rhine and the vineyards.
The gîte is accessed via a separate entrance and a staircase.
The property has four comfortable bedrooms:
CH1 with a double bed, CH2 with two single beds, CH3 with a double bed and CH4 with three single beds.
There is a living room opening onto a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room with WC, an additional bathroom and a separate WC.
Central heating is included to ensure your comfort throughout your stay.
Outside, make the most of the garden furniture in the shared courtyard, where young and old alike can have fun with a sandpit, basketball hoop, slide, swings and table tennis table.
Parking is available for your vehicles.
You'll also have the pleasure of discovering life on the farm. Meet the cattle, chickens, donkey and dog that are an integral part of this rural environment.
