Skilled craftsmanship
Set off to meet the last remaining artisan potters in their family workshops: the genuine salt-grilled vérerie à Betschdorf with its characteristic blue colour or the pottery of Soufflenheim for its authentic moulds.

Blue or red and checked, kelschkelsch is an integral part of Alsace's traditions. Woven from linen since the Middle Ages, it still adorns the tables in the winstubs of Ostwald or Obernai, even if its production is scarce.
