Kuttolsheim is a small village in the Kochersberg region, 22 minutes from Strasbourg and Saverne. It lies on an ancient Roman road linking Saverne to Strasbourg. Surrounded by greenery, the village has a number of footpaths winding from the source of the Souffel, through the vineyards on the heights of the village, to the centre of the village and its pretty little streets.
Marlenheim is 8 minutes away and is the starting point for the Wine Route.
You will be staying in the main house of this former farmhouse located opposite the owner's house. The house comprises two large flats (this one and H67G029798; possibility of renting the whole house H67G030832).
On the ground floor there is a living room with an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area, as well as a separate toilet.
On the first floor you will find:
- 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a double bed above and 2 small beds for young children below.
- a bathroom with bath, shower and double washbasin
- a mezzanine area with access to a balcony
- a separate WC
On the second and top floor is a large room featuring a games area with table football, TV and a double bed. This area is completely open plan.
An outside area with a terrace (with garden table, chairs and barbecue), a swing and a grassy area.
Outside, you can take advantage of a private parking space in the owner's courtyard.
