- Covered parking for one car is available in the farmhouse opposite the gîte. Parking for a second vehicle is available in the courtyard.
- The four double beds are at least 1.10 m wide.
- A wine library is at your disposal, with the wines of an independent winegrower from the village, sold at the producer's price.
- A honey library is available, with honey from a local beekeeper sold at the producer's price.

The gite can be heated by a wood-burning stove or electric convector heaters, or a combination of the two.
¤ Please note: Guests are responsible for all electricity consumption. The amount depends partly on whether or not the wood-burning stove is used. A joint electricity bill is issued on arrival and departure.
- In winter, firewood is provided free of charge. It is dry and comes from our own forest no more than 2 km away. The forest is fenced off and tended with passion and dedication, helping to encourage future regrowth and maintain the carbon balance.
- In summer, we pump fresh air from the basement at 15°C into the ground floor of the gite to cool it down. But this is not air conditioning per se, which we refuse to install in view of the climate!
